During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

Our house, newly built in 2018 on the edge of Weyarn, offers all the comforts you need to feel comfortable. The rooms are open and full of light. The enclosed and fenced garden overlooking the mountains and lush green meadows promises relaxation for the whole family. The furnishings are classically modern. There are several parking spaces at the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.

A modern kitchen is featured with dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A table for four is present, topped with a decorative table runner. Sunlight streams through two windows adorned with sheer curtains, and wooden flooring adds warmth to the inviting space.

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We were very pleased with the place and the hosts. The apartment was exactly as described and invites you to stay! It is not only very bright and beautifully equipped, the balcony is also a highlight and offers a great view. The location is very quiet and a very good bakery is in the immediate vicinity. From the apartment, you can quickly reach Lake Tegernsee and surrounding places. If you are traveling by car, you have all the possibilities! In summary, we would recommend this place to others. We had a great stay there!☺️

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable with the house and the surroundings. Max's parents live downstair. They were very nice, they have two dogs that would love to play with anyone. Everything about the house is exactly as described. We would definitely come back!
