THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

At a comfortable distance, you will find famous sights such as Varberg Fortress... 14 km to shopping in Ullared Gekås 45 km to Falkenberg 45 km to Varberg In the winter half-year, there are ski trails in Ätran and also ski slopes in Ullared.

Nice small house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is surrounded by forest, mushrooms, berries and a lake. Fishing licenses are available on site, and a boat is available for rent at SEK 200 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1,000. The house is connected to our main house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to provide information. Cleaning of the house at check-out is possible for an extra fee.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in a rustic farm setting. Spread honey from the farm with a wild apple flavor on your breakfast bread. From our gardens, depending on the season, you can enjoy lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, apples, and pears. Our farm borders a small stream to the north and a marsh to the south, with deciduous forest and meadows gently grazed by sheep. Within a 5-kilometer radius, you can reach several beautiful swimming lakes as well as a nature reserve. In the farm shop, you will find crafts from the farm

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Two bedrooms in the loft with room for 4-5 people. 3 beds: 160cm, 120cm and 90cm. Kalvsjön. Swimming area with jetty -8 km, Grocery store. Shop in Kalv, 8 km (5 miles) away

Lake near the cabin, with pedal boat, rowboat, and fishing rods

Cozy 30-square-meter cottage. 20 min to Gekås in Ullared. 100 m to the lake/dock and the forest right at your doorstep. The cottage sleeps four, 2 down in the living room and sleeps 2 in the loft. The cabin has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and chemical toilet. Everything with table and four seats facing the lake. Guests are welcome to borrow a rowing boat and pedal boat, 2 life jackets 10-20 kg /20-30 kg and fishing equipment included in the rental . Bedlinen/Towels are included.

Katthuset

In the Lingondkogen, there is the tiny, tiny cat house with no right angles. The cat house offers peace and quiet and shelter from rain and debris. You sleep in a 140-cm bed with fresh bed linens. In Katthuset, there is an electric kettle, microwave, heating and a dryer. Private outdoor toilet and outdoor shower next door. There is an option to buy a simpler breakfast to eat in the house, on the porch or alternatively in the Drakhuset. The accommodation is located one mile from Ullared with the large Gekås department store.

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.
