Cozy 30-square-meter cottage. 20 min to Gekås in Ullared. 100 m to the lake/dock and the forest right at your doorstep. The cottage sleeps four, 2 down in the living room and sleeps 2 in the loft. The cabin has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and chemical toilet. Everything with table and four seats facing the lake. Guests are welcome to borrow a rowing boat and pedal boat, 2 life jackets 10-20 kg /20-30 kg and fishing equipment included in the rental . Bedlinen/Towels are included.

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
