Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Independent house surrounded by greenery and vineyards of Colle Manora Estate. On two floors: ground floor with living room, garden access, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower, double bedroom, and room with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double. Outside, a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining, private garden with vineyard views, and exclusive outdoor jacuzzi with relax area (open from April 1st to September 30th).

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Very convenient for those traveling by train to the main tourist cities of northern Italy, in a location where you can reach Milan, Turin, Novara, etc. by train. We are 50m from Mortara station, we offer a private apartment on the ground floor with 3 beds to manage in complete autonomy. A few meters from the house you will have 2 bars, an ice cream parlor and a pastry shop, the supermarket (Famila) is easily accessible in about 200m, as well as restaurants etc.

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
