We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

The apartment has two bedrooms and is located in Punta Lara at the end of the beach Playa El Playazo, just west of Nerja. You can easily walk to the city (about 20 minutes) or the beach (5 minutes). It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
