The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).

Pleasant independent accommodation of 100 m2 adjoining the owners' villa, garden of 600 m2, quiet, close to all amenities (bus, shops, highway access...) 6 km from the beaches of Cannes. It consists of an equipped kitchen open to a large living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a shower room, a second bedroom upstairs with a single or double bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Parking is available in the courtyard.

It has a private entrance and an outdoor area accessible by stairs. Guests can park their car inside the property which is fenced and secure. This haven of peace is centrally located on the Côte d'Azur, within walking distance of Biot train station and the beach is 15 minutes away.
