We love our accommodation. Believe me: it's much more beautiful than in the photos! We were very surprised. Very cozy house, good energy....Mr. Jose and Mrs. Teresa are very friendly and welcomed us very well! The house is very functional, lots of utensils, very sharp knives, delicious water from the artesian well. Very nice barbecue area and a highlight is the table in front of the house. We spent most of the time there. The gardening of the place is amazing and beautiful and the garden has a lot of variety! The pool is great and the countryside is beautiful! Everything is very well thought out for pets: there is no escape route, high trash cans and a swimming pool. A pet paradise. We were super relaxed and everything went well. Impeccable cleanliness, everything working, a calm and quiet place and Cristiane always responds super fast. Congratulations on the beautiful place! We will definitely be back.

The leisure space is really very good, complete and spacious, as well as in the photos. José and his wife are very attentive and contact with them was very easy whenever we need it.

The stay was very quiet, space 3 good and comfortable, and the location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and close to Laroc (around 10 minutes by car) that was our destination. We recommend the space!

Caio's space is identical to the photos, very comfortable, new, clean, well equipped. The reception and parking were well attended by the reception and parking. It is possible to have coffee and lunch in the building. We had a problem with a stove and Caio soon provided us with a solution 😊

There may be some difficulty with parking space size if you have a truck, but in the building there is valet and that helps. By the way, very kind gatekeepers. Tito is a sensational guy!!! He received us very well, with great care and attention. The space is perfect for those looking for a cozy place in the middle of nature with great comfort and hygiene. I recommend even for those who want to go to Laroc and want to stay next to the club. We'll be back soon.

The property was extremely clean, including the pool. The place is much larger than in the pictures. Spacious and comfortable room, as well as all the other spaces on the farm. Comfortable furniture. Full kitchen. Convenience store, gas station, pharmacy, supermarket, etc., all very close. The host is extremely polite and proactive. Great for pets. We'll be back for sure!

I went with the work team, we were able to enjoy the place one afternoon and the others we used only to sleep because it was closer to the neighborhood where we went to work that week. But we were all delighted with the space and are sure that we will return for leisure. The host Bruna responded very quickly and was always very attentive. We loved the time we were able to spend there!

Large and quiet apartment, great location in Campinas.

The apartment is very comfortable and has a good location. The host is very proactive, he offered to help us store our bags so we could enjoy the day until our boarding time.

Odair was extremely sweet and attentive from the start! I felt very good in your space, respectful of privacy. He was very helpful and nice, even gave me a ride to college, I felt good and safe with the tenant! I intend to be in this space more often. Space near the college with very tasty options to order on Ifood nearby!

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Excellent apartment – comfortable, cozy and well planned. The location is in the Center, it is important to keep in mind that this is not the quietest area of the city. There is constant noise coming from a workshop in front. The bedroom has anti-noise windows, which ensures good nights of sleep, but in the living room the external sound is still quite noticeable. For those who work from home, this can be a small inconvenience. Overall, the stay was very good!
