Con balcone e ingresso indipendente dall'esterno, si trova in una zona tranquilla al limite del borgo che si affaccia sulla campagna ma in posizione centrale e accessibile rispetto ai punti di interesse della valle. Perfetta in tutte le stagioni per qualche giorno di relax o per chi è semplicemente di passaggio. Non presente la cucina.
