Lovely, modern, clean apartment. With many balconies, unfortunately the roof terrace was not directly accessible from the apartment, you had to go through the common staircase and so always leave the apartment door open, you did not want to take a key with you. The apartment itself was very lovingly decorated and equipped with personal tips in the manual. There was a private garage with bicycles for use by tenants. I'd love to come back.

Beautiful location, quiet but plenty of amenities. Chiara and Daniele were very friendly, responsive and full of good information. We had free run of the garden and up the hill to the top of the vineyard to look out over the village and the lake - beautiful for a sunset take away pizza from Tao’s which is just a few minutes walk down the road. Vineyard and winery tour very informative and the tasting and food was excellent.

A faultless villa. Absolutely as described and better. We and 2 children had the best week at Le Rose villa. Beautiful inside and out. Really peaceful private garden for sunbathing, multiple eating areas in shade and sun, the Hottub is ofcourse an added bonus! Kids enjoyed the pool. Inside the villa was very spacious, lovely sized bedrooms, great kitchen with everything you need, pristine and in new condition. WiFi worked great across the complex. Plenty of parking. Daily bread service from local bakery. Irene was fabulous and very generous with her olive oil, bottle of prosecco and suggestions of local restaurants. We walked into Lazise in 15 minutes, but be aware it's a moderate slope back which in heat could be a challenge. In May it was no problems. Lazise has many great restaurants and Bardoline only 10 mins drive, Sirmone 30-40mins, Garda land, Zoo 10 mins. Local despar only 3 mins drive or a larger Iper Market 10 mins away. Overall a great base location. Absolutely recommend!

I have stayed there twice (as a family of four), and it has always been a great experience. Will stay there again later this year. The pool is clean and big, and fun for the kids. The location is just 10 minutes from Lazise or Bardolino, and a great pizzeria is a 3-minute walk away. The host is super nice and helpful, and the apartment has everything you need
