Vacation rentals with beach access in Valencia

Had a fantastic stay. Super nice view from the balcony over the sea. You can certainly hear the music from the beach club very well, only we did not find it a problem. But understand that others may find it annoying.

The apartment is perfect to spend a few days, super close to the beach. We'll be back for sure. Fran is very friendly and will help you with anything you need.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

Lovely neighborhood; you will never want to leave here ;-). The great terrace on one side and the cute balcony on the other side. And when you step out the door, you are immediately in the nicest neighborhood of Valencia.

Beautiful place, easy to find. Close to everything and lots of walkable stores around when needed.

Apartment and location were perfect for our stay in Valencia. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Communication was easy, fast and friendly via Whats app. Check in was also possible at 8: 30pm. The place was very clean and absolutely matched the photos. The linens, towels, beds and kitchen were especially great! There was even a small welcome gift (juice, water, wine). The air conditioners and ceiling fan worked great too. It is very new and beautiful with the old windows, doors and ceilings. Through the wooden shutters you can darken the rooms strongly, but it is somewhat clairaudient in the morning (from the stairwell and from the street). The kitchen was quite dark as the windows there were glued with a foil and as the window in the bathroom only showed walls of the house. All in all, the stay was really great and my special thanks go to Christina for the flexible check-in and check-out. We were even able to leave our suitcases in the property until 3pm. Thank you!

Beautiful place and amenities Host was always ready to answer our queries. Supermarket was a few steps down the street. Close to bus stops to the main city sights. Beach 3 blocks walking distance.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

The accommodation cannot be valued for every euro paid, I think the best way to say it is that it is worth every second we spent in it. It was the first trip with our 3-month-old son and it has all the amenities you could wish for. It's a place I'll repeat, I'm not saying it as a prefabricated phrase, it's true, we're already managing times at work to return this year because we're delighted with the accommodation and Wilfried's treatment. If you are looking for a place to disconnect with the family, close to nature but without giving up comforts, this is the place.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

The iron blows the fuse and it was a little far from the center, but considering the price performance, it was quite sufficient, and thank you very much for thinking of us and putting water and snacks

ABEL has been a spectacular host, since my arrival he has communicated with me and we have been in contact when I needed him, without a doubt I would repeat it, I recommend him as a person, location and next to the beach

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been attentive to everything we needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
