very nice house with pleasant volumes and very well-equipped, the outside is very nice with its three spaces: summer living room, dining room and pool, green setting easy and pleasant welcome. I highly recommend this rental!

There were 8 of us and we had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was there for a successful stay: an ideal layout, pleasant living spaces, a very well-equipped and tastefully decorated house. The bedding is high quality, everyone slept like a baby! The pool is a real plus, very well maintained. And the house is perfectly located to visit the Ardèche and enjoy all the activities in the surroundings. A real cocoon, comfortable and friendly. We leave with great memories. We had a super nice week in this beautiful holiday home. We were welcomed by the owners with the stove already on and some goodies on the table. The owners live next to the holiday accommodation and they will give you a warm welcome. There was also friendly contact during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of touches. Really a dream house with a large garden and views. It is very quietly located and you really feel at home. The village of Labeaume can be visited on foot, is a nice walk from the house. We also went to Avignon for a day, a short drive, but worth it. The Indy Park climbing park is also recommended. The bakery and a small supermarket are close by, in Ruoms you will find a large supermarket. There is plenty to do in the area. Just paradise!!!!! My husband and I with our children stayed in this magnificent home for 10 days and it truly was unforgettable. The Villa itself is beautiful, very clean and spacious, very well designed, the layout was perfect to bring us all together. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it, we had many family pool days, full of laughter. The location is so private and the views are just breathtaking, never would you get tired of overlooking the mountains or watching the sun set at night. Manon and Jean Luc were always on hand to help us if needed and were incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. If you put this all together it makes for the most magical time away, thank you 🙏. We will be back in the near future x

It was a gem of a villa! We had a very nice time with our group. The house was in excellent condition, the check-in, as well as the information and communication in advance, were very detailed and helpful! The nearby winery, which was a recommendation, is definitely worth a visit! We would come back immediately!

We had a lovely weekend at Manon and Thibault's. The setting is peaceful and many fun activities are available that we were able to enjoy: swimming pool, sun loungers, plancha, billiards, petanque, swing, trampoline... This made both young and old happy (9 people). The house is well-equipped, bath towels provided which is nice. Bakery and supermarkets minutes away. Beautiful nature outings to do in the area. Friendly, available, flexible and easy communication. Recommended!

Laurent welcomed us very warmly by giving us all the directions for our installation. He was very responsive over the weekend to the various logistical questions we could have. The house matches the listing description. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant weekend with family or friends.

We were a group of friends with children, like every year, we meet in Ardèche. Everyone was able to find their own space. the house is large and spacious both inside and out. Most bedrooms have their own toilet and private bathroom. This is a beautiful home. I would recommend it.

Uwe is a great host and we had an amazing stay at Uwe's place. The home has been restored by Uwe with a lot of taste and is very nice and cosy. Uwe is a very friendly and responsive host and gave us some nice tips for our stay. Uwe is making sure his guest are feeling at home as soon as they arrive, by making available all the basic furniture you need for your first day of stay (soap, cleaning tablets, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee,...) which is very appreciated. I definitely recoment Uwe's place

We spent a week in Buis-le Baronnies with a group of ten friends and had a great time. The village with bakeries, supermarkets and cafes is a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. One day we did the via ferrata and had a lot of fun. We were able to rent the things for this in the village. I can only recommend it!

We had a great weekend with the family. The cottage was very nice, everyone had their own space, the kitchen is spacious and suitable. The outdoor space is really nice and allows a pleasant time for several. Thanks to the guests.

What a beautiful gem of a house! We had a fantastic time at Jimmy's home! The pool and outdoor bar was lovely and perfect for some summer fun! The bedrooms spotless clean, the house roomy and a great evening movie watching living room. Fantastic stay-thank you!!!

We loved our stay at Isabelle and Parick's. They are very responsive, accommodating and friendly hosts. Their warm welcome and delicate attentions during the stay are a real plus. The accommodation is cozy and functional. The exteriors are pleasant, the green and peaceful setting is an invitation to relax! Lots to do and amenities nearby. But we enjoyed the place so much that we preferred to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and pool! We will definitely be back...

What happiness, a humor to discover by visiting the house, cozy, nice and functional. But most importantly, don't open the forbidden box...
