A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , built on an imposing rock with a unique enveloping and breathtaking view over the sea to the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is located . The house has been recently renovated and enlarged with a modern and design building enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to the Guincho to Cabo Espichel. Two steps from the footpaths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments, and next to good restaurants , from cafes with good surroundings , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for its tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and I know Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountain and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with walking paths in the Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with its unique beauty, are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise you to use your own car.

Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Secluded country house on a small farm near Lisbon. The villa has a modern and cozy decor, lots of light, two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to allow you a peaceful stay. Please note: we are currently required to charge a tourist fee whose value depends on the duration of your stay. At the time of booking, an average amount of €6 per person can be, within the limit, 11€ is charged. The agreement will be made at check-in.

CASA DA FALÉSIA 28 (house) - PENICHE

"Casa da Falésia 28" (house) is located in Bairro do Visconde, a typical neighborhood in the city of Peniche. With a unique view of the sea, the house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You will find the central area of the city, the Fortress of Peniche, the pier for the island of Berlenga, the beach of Porto da Areia and Avenida do Mar, where there are some restaurants, bars and cafes, all within a few minutes' walk.

Almargem Hillside

Located 3.5 km from the village of Sobral de Monte Agraço, Encosta do Almargem offers a 1-bedroom villa for 4 people and a Studio for 3 people, both private in a family and quiet space 500 meters from the Church of Santo Quintino (built in Manueline style from 1520 and classified as a National Monument). Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.

Casa dos Centenários - Blue Accommodation

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.

Casa da Encosta - five terraces - stunning views

This old traditional house totally renewed in 2010 with a modern touch is located in Azenhas do Mar cliffs, with beautiful ocean views, the terraces are perfect for catching sun, having meals, relaxing or work (with hi speed internet connection) At a short distance from Sintra (10Km) and from the main beaches; Praia das Maçãs (2km), Praia Grande (4km). A short walk away from the best restaurants in the region.

Zé House

The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.
