Small rustic cottage already used as a stable, finely restored in Dolomite style, maintaining the original architectural characteristics, bright and welcoming. Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet village with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Just about 3 kilometers away there’s a supermarket and a lovely little épicerie in the town of Bastia. It’s an ideal stopover on the way to Venice or on the way back. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends, and if I travel this way again, I won’t even look for another place—I’ll try to book this one again. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was very important to us and made the stay especially pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vania's. We were greeted by her mom with whom it was easy to communicate despite the language barrier and thanks to Google translate. The accommodation matches the description exactly. The bedding is very comfortable and we were able to hike from the house.

Super easy communication, fast and flexible check-in time—we could arrive within a 4-hour window. The place is actually cute, clean, and renovated. It's just a little bit loud as it is located next to the highway, but earplugs are a great invention. We still loved it very much!

Antonella was helpful and responsive. We had a hick up with directions on the Airbnb site, but Antonella was helpful and problem was solved. The Airbnb was beautiful and spacious and Antonella left us a few welcome treats for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and appreciate the excellent communication with Antonella.
