A cozy cottage with its own jetty by Lake Tjen

We are renting out our cozy cabin with a plot of about 3000 sqm with secluded location. 300 meters from the plot, by the lake Tjen is its own jetty with rowing boat. Start the day with a coffee and a morning swim at your own jetty by the stately oaks and untouched nature. With nature reserves outside the property and in summer time, our sheep and cows graze in the pasture next door. The charming cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a wood stove and tiled stove with toilet and shower. For rent per week (change Mondays) summer time. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Dream location in the outer archipelago

The building consists of a living room/kitchen with dining area for 8 people and a TV part with sofa and armchairs. There are bathrooms and three bedrooms, two double beds and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a plot overlooking a thriving meadow and around the house there is a large wooden deck with outdoor kitchen, sun beds, sofa dining table and umbrella. On the plot there is also a trampolin as well as a small football field. From the house it is close to the sea (swimming from cliffs). Two kilometers away there is a beach.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna with about 1 hour with car to Astrid Lindgrens World and 1,5 hour to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed as well as a smaller creep with a single bed are located upstairs along with a toilet. Downstairs there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fire place, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for the family with children or larger groups!

With us, the time is quite easy to pass and enjoy, the lake and nature close to the location provide good conditions for recovery. In spring and summer there is a lot of play, sun and swimming facilities. Lovely barbecue evenings on our sunny terrace. Autumn there are berries/mushroom blocks close at hand, forest walks, cozy hot tubs, etc. Winter equally, sledding hill close at hand, hot tub in winter dressed nature, or a cozy moment in front of our fireplace. The place is suitable for all different groups.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a hole with access to your own jetty, wood fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a fridge, TC (dry toilet), fresh water on a can and charging via a usb port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated using wood burning. Sanitary house is 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. It is a forest road to the cottage. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.
