At Kallkärrsvägen, you stay in a cozy, fully equipped little cottage of 32 m2 with the forest right next to it and the sea around the corner (about 400 m). Wake up in your own pace & enjoy a long breakfast. Browse the brochures in the cabin and feel what you want. If you want to enjoy a little extra, you can book the hot tub (SEK 200/person and stay incl. bathrobe loan). Towels and sheets SEK 100/guest if required. Warm welcome!

Archipelago house in Sankt Anna

The house is located in popular Ramsdal and consists of a larger bedroom with 3-4 beds, kitchen, living room with fireplace, spacious guest house with 2-4 beds and dining areas both inside, outside and in the glazed outdoor room. The plot is south-facing and has soccer goals, ping pong tables and trampoline, two balconies and views of meadows. There is a hot tub that can be used from April to October. In the area, there are two swimming areas, one of which is very child-friendly, a football field, outdoor gym and exercise trails.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The cottage is located on a plot on the outskirts of Gryt community. The cottage is located next to villa with permanent accommodation but is still well secluded. It is close to various leisure activities golf, child-friendly swimming, sea bathing nice hiking trails and walking paths. It is four kilometers to the junction Fyrudden in the Gryts archipelago where there is a restaurant, ice cream bar and good opportunities for various excursions in the archipelago

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna with about 1 hour with car to Astrid Lindgrens World and 1,5 hour to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed as well as a smaller creep with a single bed are located upstairs along with a toilet. Downstairs there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fire place, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for the family with children or larger groups!

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Indoor toilet and outdoor shower with hot water.

Traditional archipelago home

The house has living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 fixed beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 extra beds to bring out. Patios on the jetty and outside the house and barbecue. Full kitchen equipment (fridge, stove, small oven, coffee maker, etc.). No running water (Dunks are available and refilled at nearby residence). Dry toilet managed by the tenant him/herself. Note. Trips and return trips are booked yourself via Östgötatrafiken (costs SEK 45/pp) Line: 776 Dock: 7 (from Fyrudden) Cleaning is done by the tenant him/herself.

Child-friendly Villa with lake view & beach 100m

With us, the time is quite easy to pass and enjoy, the lake and nature close to the location provide good conditions for recovery. In spring and summer there is a lot of play, sun and swimming facilities. Lovely barbecue evenings on our sunny terrace. Autumn there are berries/mushroom blocks close at hand, forest walks, cozy hot tubs, etc. Winter equally, sledding hill close at hand, hot tub in winter dressed nature, or a cozy moment in front of our fireplace. The place is suitable for all different groups.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a hole with access to your own jetty, wood fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a fridge, TC (dry toilet), fresh water on a can and charging via a usb port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated using wood burning. Sanitary house is 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. It is a forest road to the cottage. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

A warm welcome to our house! With room for 12 people, it´s spacious but still cozy. Surrounded by nature, yet still in the neighborhood with 5min to the bus stop and walking distance to the grocery store. Enjoy swimming or kayaking in the lake Yxningen(only 4min drive from the property) or visit the stunning Archipelago or the picturesque town of Söderköping. Keep our house clean and we won't charge you a fee for cleaning. We love dogs, bring them all for free but keep our home clean please!
