House with a history of more than 80 years, recently remodeled in the city center of Matosinhos, 500 meters from the beach, close to the metro stop and all the necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people, consisting of two double bedrooms, office, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped together with the living room. NOTE: At the moment, there is a construction project across the street, and there may be some noise from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. The house is very soundproof.
