Shops nearby, good access, 7 minutes from Porto. On the second floor; large bedroom with suite. First floor, plus two bedrooms with TV, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. You can still enjoy a terrace with sun loungers and a table. NO noise after 11 p.m.

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
