My place is right on the piste, ski in/out from the balcony! Situated across from Peclet gondola, you can ski into the lift pass office. Recently renovated to a high standard, the apartment has 2 double beds, 1 bunk and a pull out double in the living room. The apartment has a cosy feel with a feature fire. You’ll love my place because of the great location. Only 5 min walk to the centre with a large selection of bars and restaurants. My place is good for couples, families, and big groups.

Very nice apartment for 4 to 5 people, very quiet, departure and return to the ski slopes on foot. 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed, 1 mountain corner with two single beds, a sofa bed with two mattresses. Complete equipment with raclette machine, crepe maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. Separate toilet. Access to shops 3 minutes away. Wifi. 70 m2 apartment in a private mountain chalet in the "Les Balcons" district. Very nice panoramic view with large balcony. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. In the neighborhood there is a convenience store, a ski shop, and 3 restaurants. Beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are provided. I sell sleep, so I take care of the bedding, I wash and iron the sheets myself. Private covered garage included.

The Aline cottage is new, located in the village of Lavassay, it is 1 km from Les Menuires, 8 km from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, and 11 km from Val Thorens. The apartment is on the ground floor, without stairs, with beautiful openings and mountain views from the terrace (30 m²) or living room. You can access the 3 Valleys 200 m away via the Bettex slope which joins Les Menuires via the Bettex chairlift.

This apartment has just been completely refurbished. Ideally located, at the foot of the building there is: a ski slope, the resort center: the Croisette and the Piopious. Wi-Fi is available at the resort, by going to the tourist office, but the speed remains slow (no fiber), 4G remains the best solution. Sheets and towels are provided. The bed is made upon arrival. Skis must be put on the balcony.
