We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is completely new and modernly furnished and everything you need is there. the balcony with a view of the green courtyard is beautiful, it is quiet and you are right in the center of town. We went by bike to Mengaggio on lake como, there is a great bike path. Luigi and his father are super helpful and there for all concerns. the apartment is highly recommended!

Gorgeous place to stay in an incredible location. If you want seclusion, this is the best place surrounded by nature. We were given goodies in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was by far the best stop!

The serene waters of Lake Lugano reflect the surrounding green hills, while charming houses dot the shoreline. A wooden dock extends into the lake, inviting relaxation and contemplation amidst the tranquil natural setting.

Everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy and with a great value for money. the view from the terrace is great. quiet during the day and at night. only the access is for people who can drive a car, but you have to remember that this is Italy and the mountains. I love driving and such challenges, so I rate it ******

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
