Our accommodation was excellent. Communication with Dominique and Laurence was kind, attentive and prompt, from our booking to our check-out. The reception by Laurence was excellent and made us very comfortable and well welcomed. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, very clean, perfectly as described in the listing. The location is amazing, with great local shops (especially the Odette & Charlus restaurant), proximity to markets, cosmetics shops, bakeries, cafes, making it a very well-stocked place, and with excellent mobility (subway and bus lines a few minutes walk). Staying at Dominique's apartment made our visit to Paris comfortable and even more enjoyable. Thank you for these days we were able to stay there. Warm regards, Douglas and Bruna.

For us it was the perfect place to spend a week in Paris. The appartment is well situated and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the conversation with Virginie we felt very welcomed.

The space is fantastic! Light, space, tranquility and an inspiring place due to all the art and the piano. Plenty of space to eat and relax as a family after a day of walking in the city center. It is a nice neighborhood with lots of nice shops and try especially the bakery Maison Lecorvaisier for delicious artisanal breads and delicacies. Unbeatable quiet location in a courtyard in a lively area with many restaurants and a stone's throw from the Seine and Notre Dame. Walking distance to all central attractions and close to the RER B line to the airport CDG. Very nice welcoming host who quickly answered our questions. Small well-equipped apartment with all the equipment we needed. Highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely stay there again on a new visit to Paris.

Location is fabulous! A block off the Seine, mere feet from the restaurants and bars you'll be going to but, due to the apartment being inside an internal plaza, NO noise! Two flights up one of those ancient circular stairways can make hauling luggage a bit rough for those of us in the older population, but we managed, barely, but that's on us. Kitchen set up is great. THANKS for the coffee maker! Washing machine was a bonus. Bed and linens were comfy and good quality. This matters! The only not perfect thing is that the toilet is downstairs while the shower/tub is upstairs, so again, as an older couple of adventurers, this meant slogging downstairs (metal circular stairs) in the middle of the night, etc. Not that big of a deal though. Overall a great place that I'd love to live in longer than the 5 days we had!

This loft worked perfectly for us, my son with wife and an 18 year old toddler. The loft downstairs worked out as a perfect area for the baby’s crib which was included. Francois was super responsive and provided a new stroller as rental. He even connected us to a baby sitter who was super nice. The location is perfect. It is just around the corner from the Pantheon and short walk to the beautiful Luxembourg garden and Notre Dame. Arrival was super easy from CDG airport via the RER C train to the Luxembourg station although the train was super crowded. There are 2 supermarkets just across the street which was very convenient. There is an abundance of good and inexpensive restaurants serving great French cuisine close by, especially in the Latin quarters just across the river from Notre Dame. Highly recommend this place.

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! It's convenient to 3 different metro stations and is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, but the area is not "touristy." We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A great Saturday market is around the corner. Arnaud was a great host and was flexible and helpful with our unique scheduling issues. The unit has 3 BRs upstairs and a nice sleeper sofa on the lower floor with a privacy screen. There are 4 total bathrooms - each floor has what Americans would call a "half-bath" with a toilet and vanity, as well as a separate room with a shower and vanity. This arrangement is different than what we are used to in the US, but we found it convenient for the 6 of us. A couple in our party are somewhat mobility-challenged, so they found the ground floor apartment super accessible - although found the stairs a little steep and awkward, but they managed. Highly recommended this apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay and found no reason to give Marc anything but 5-stars across the board. That being said, here's pros and cons that others may find helpful. Pros: - Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help any way he could - Great location in the heart of the 11th, short walks to amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries - Windows face the courtyard, so it was surprisingly quiet, even at night with windows open - Short walk to the metro station - Bonus sound system, just remember to bring a 3.5mm aux cord and whatever audio dongle your phone needs Cons: - No air conditioning. This wouldn't be an issue 99% of the time in Paris, but we decided to visit during the heat wave when every day was over 30°C. This was clearly communicated by the host, and has no impact on our rating - just worth mentioning. - Mattress was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit uncomfortable for our preference. Obviously everyone's opinion would be different for this.

Well worth the money, convenient location and amazing spot

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish flat! The space is modern and cozy, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a comfy leather sofa, and tons of natural light from large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the exposed brick adds character. The wooden staircase and herringbone floors give it a timeless feel. The host was super responsive. Absolutely recommended.

We absolutely LOVED Vero’s place! Location was amazing; excellent restaurants, patisserie and little grocer very close as well as Metro stops. The apartment was very well done with efficient use of space and everything we needed and then some. My only regret was not trying more of Vero’s fabulous recommendations. We hope to return for another stay!

Ideal location on the cusp of the 6th and 7th just down the street from Le Bon Marché and also across from a metro stop that for me took me right to Roland Garros. The apartment has everything an American might want but with a European twist that maximizes the cozy space. Sandra was wonderful with checkin and with helpful tips and the team was great about getting back to me on any questions promptly. The nightly views of the Eiffel Tower hourly light ups can’t be beat. I enjoyed staying here and would do so again!
