House vacation rentals in Val-de-Marne

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Un séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans ce maison propre, bien décoré, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. L'hôte a été très réactif et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. C'est exactement le genre d'endroit où l'on se sent comme chez soi dès l'arrivée. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

Logement parfaitement conforme a l annonce. Nous n avons manqué de rien. Il y avait meme des boissons au frigo a notre attention lors de notre arrivé. Quartier tres calme et sécurisent. Nous sommes venu accompagné de notre petit chien, cour intérieur entièrement clôturé. Audrey a fait preuve d attention en nous donnant des infos multimédia sur le logement. Nous recommandons +++

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Everything was nice. Its quiet but close enough to Paris to go to the City quickly. The room(s) are cozy and me and my partner had a wonderful time there

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus mit zwei Kinder. Das Haus hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Tageslichtbad hat eine Badewanne. Der Supermarkt ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist etwa 20min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Morgens haben wir nur das Vogelzwitschern gehört. Sebastien ist leicht zu erreichen und meldet sich sehr schnell bei Fragen. Außerdem gibt es zusätzlich eine freundliche Assistentin, welche stets erreichbar ist. Bei der Begrüssungsmail gab ein leicht verständliches Video für den Self Check in. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall und würden selber nochmal wieder kommen.

Je recommande se petit studio très chaleureux,propre, fonctionnel. Studio exactement identique comme stipulé dans l'annonce. Porte sécurité, cartier calme. Teddy es très réactif au demande et es très explicite dans c'est instructions. Je reviendrai sûrement nous en sommes ravis. De plus, étant à seulement 30min de Paris avec transport et commodités très proche du studio, le qualité prix et très raisonnable. A bientôt cordialement.

Lea‘s Mann hat uns herzlich empfangen und eine kleine Einweisung in die Unterkunft gegeben. Alles ist wie auf den Bilder und in der Beschreibung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war Tipptopp sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für uns das bis jetzt schönste Airbnb in dem wir waren. Die Nähe zur Metro, der Parkplatz vor der Tür, die Bäckerei und Geschäfte in der Umgebung usw.. Uneingeschränkt Empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille agréable,bien accueilli par Clément ,un logement qui correspondait à la description agréable,propre ,en sécurité au calme.Clement a répondu rapidement à nos diverses demandes ,ue réel plus c'est la place de parking la proximité des commerces du métro.C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous conseillerons ce logement.Merci pour tout.

Superbe petite maison parfaitement adaptée à ce que nous recherchions pour notre petite famille. On se sent très vite très bien dans ce magnifique cocon. Un coup de cœur pour la terrasse, le jardin, la grande baignoire. Tout était très propre, parfaitement équipé. On se sent à la maison. Et surtout service +++ Paulo est un hôte aux petits soins d’une grande gentillesse flexible et très réactif. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci encore.

Nette, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit wohltuendem Blick auf den kleinen Garten. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück mit abschliessbarem Gartentor. Grüner Vorstadtbezirk, Zugstation in 5 Minuten Laufdistanz. Freundlicher Kontakt und schnelle Antworten bei Fragen. Gerne wieder.

Very nice place and very responsive host! Her instructions were very clear on how to get into the place. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very responsive host, friendly, helpful and quick replies. The accommodation was fantastic, great safe and quiet location. Perfect for us after a long day sightseeing. Easy directions to find place and instructions how to enter. On the metro to the centre took about 40 minutes but was ideal to be out of the bustle after a long day. Area felt safe and surrounding properties well cared for. Supermarket couple of minutes walk away and an amazing patisserie around the corner. Wish we had more time to explore that area of Paris but will be returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.
