House vacation rentals in Val-de-Marne

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Loved staying here, the place is so nice and the pool makes you wanna stay home all day 😆 over all great place!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great location for a base for Paris, and the pool was fantastic on the hot days. Great house for a large family, with all mod cons. Would strongly recommend to others.

Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

I recommend this small, very warm, clean, functional studio. Studio exactly as described in the listing. Security door, quiet neighborhood. Teddy is very responsive to requests and is very explicit in his instructions. I'll definitely be back. We're delighted. In addition, being only 30 minutes from Paris with transport and amenities very close to the studio, the value for money is very reasonable. See you soon kind regards.

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Lea's husband welcomed us warmly and gave us a little briefing on the accommodation. Everything is as shown in the pictures and in the description. There was nothing missing. Everything was super clean and we felt immediately comfortable. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've been to so far. The proximity to the metro, the parking in front of the door, the bakery and shops in the area, etc. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paolo’s place. Very convenient location only being a couple of minutes walk from the station which takes you to Paris within 20-30 mins with trains every 15 mins or so. Great amenities nearby for groceries, restaurants etc. The property is very tastefully done and has everything you would need. Paolo was very communicative, helpful and friendly- an excellent host. Would definitely recommend!

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment with a pleasant view of the small garden. Parking on the property with lockable garden gate. Green suburb, train station in 5 minutes walking distance. Friendly contact and quick answers to questions. I would gladly come back.

Very nice place and very responsive host! Her instructions were very clear on how to get into the place. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very responsive host, friendly, helpful and quick replies. The accommodation was fantastic, great safe and quiet location. Perfect for us after a long day sightseeing. Easy directions to find place and instructions how to enter. On the metro to the centre took about 40 minutes but was ideal to be out of the bustle after a long day. Area felt safe and surrounding properties well cared for. Supermarket couple of minutes walk away and an amazing patisserie around the corner. Wish we had more time to explore that area of Paris but will be returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby.
