Vacation rentals with beach access in Val-de-Marne

Wunderschöne , helle Dachwohnung es fehlt an nix . Wir wurden super empfangen mit gekühlten Champagner-es ist einfach alles vorhanden . Der Vermieter ist äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder . Die Terrasse über paris traumhaft .

Catherine un'ottima host, sempre pronta a rispondere con gentilezza a tutte le richieste, ti fa sentire a casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

Séjour paisible et agréable. L'appartement est situé près du métro Belleville, à 10 mn à pied des Buttes Chaumont, au calme avec fenêtres donnant sur une cour intérieure plantée d'arbres touffus. Commerce de proximité à 2 pas. Appartement cosy , plein de charme avec tout le confort attendu et une literie de qualité.

Mr Didier est une personne très amicale, très réactif. Il donne des informations claires et précises. Il est très conscilient sur les heures d'arrivée. Le logement est propre, le lit hyper confortable. Un balcon a disposition pour les fumeurs. Tout était parfait. N'hésitez pas☺️

Je recommande vivement pour la tranquillité de la l’endroit la qualité ,la maison est très jolie très propre nous n’avons pas pu profiter de cette magnifique piscine proposée à cause de la situation de la météo dommage car la piscine et vraiment sublime très bonne accueil personne très sympathique et réactive merci pour l’accueil très bon moment à refaire

Brigitte est une hôte très réactive et accueillante. Sa maison est magnifique spacieuse, propre et bien rangée. Une véritable bout de campagne à deux pas de Paris. On s’y sens bien. Je recommande vivement!!!

Trevligt boende i anslutning till stora huset. Området är lugnt och familjens hund kom ofta på besök. Vi rekommenderar boendet till barnfamiljer.

Séjour et lieu très agréable, un peu juste en terme de température intérieur à notre arrivée surtout dans la chambre du bas. Merci a Florian pour son accueil, nous reviendrons.

En fantastisk oplevelse fra første kontakt til udtjekning. Valerie er en fantastisk vært - opmærksom og kommunikerende. Vi kan varmt anbefale Valerie og hendes fantastiske lejlighed nær Paris.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Un grand mercii à David, j’ai passé un excellent séjour chez lui. L'appartement était impeccable et parfaitement équipé comme sur les photos. je vous conseille cette belle offre et très bon rapport qualité prix. Mercii encore pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai avec plaisir.
