Unique stay in an old and authentic raccard! This historic 18th century building was renovated in 2007 and its name Damôn means "from above". The neighboring raccard is therefore called "from below", discover the word in patois on its facade. In cold periods, heating is provided by a wood-burning stove (wood provided) and two electric wall heaters.

Very nice 5 ½ room chalet, warm and comfortable, tastefully furnished. Spacious and bright, ideal for 10 people. Very large balcony with panoramic south-facing view with the entire mountain range between the Weisshorn Hotel, the Matterhorn and Vercorin. 2 outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the chalet. (not suitable for motorhomes)

Wonderful weekend with friends in this chalet with upscale amenities and very pleasant to stay in. Special mention for the bedding which is of very good quality. The Property is very well located and has two very convenient parking spaces. Marcus was perfect! NB: the construction site around is definitely not disturbing in any case in winter.

Le Rouet - a perfect retreat in the Swiss Alps

Very well equipped and very quiet apartment. Just a few kilometers from the resort of Grimentz, its location in St-Jean from below is very favorable. A shuttle is available to get to the station without taking your vehicle. There is no parking space in front of the cottage but there are enough places available for free on the public domain. Our host Simon is very responsive to requests, which is much appreciated. The sun was in the whole week, which made our stay most successful.

An outdoor dining area is set with a colorful patchwork tablecloth. A child sits in a sunny spot, with a bowl of fruits beside a lunch container. Nearby, a small tent and a seating arrangement can be seen, surrounded by a grassy landscape.

We stayed in Grimentz with Jean Remy for 4 days. The Airbnb was great! It is beautifully located on the edge of the village and completely private and quiet. The outdoor hot tub is absolutely awesome and completely private. The Grimentz-Zinal ski area is great. For snowshoeing, there was a little snow in mid-March, here I would recommend coming a little earlier. Nevertheless, with Jean Remy's instructions and tips, we were able to do two great hikes. Jean Remy was a super host, always available and knows the area perfectly. Absolutely recommended! We will be happy to come back!

We loved the chalet and the view was gorgeous! The Nordic spa was a welcome treat at the end of each day! For those unfamiliar with the area, keep in mind that you must take a car train to get to Grimentz- check the train schedule before you embark. We loved our peaceful, beautiful stay.
