The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. It is located in a detached house on the top floor and has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is a 20-minute drive from Cogne where the Gran Paradiso National Park with its walks and cross-country and downhill ski runs will welcome you. In just a 10-minute drive you can reach Aosta and the cable car that leads to the ski slopes of Pila.

Winter experience in search of silence and the scent of snow in a cabin located on a panoramic plateau at 1400 m, admiring the mountains of the Val Grande di Lanzo. Equipped with a private kitchen, toilet and sauna, underfloor heating and an outdoor solarium a few meters away, in the lawn. A paved road that climbs into the woods leads in 10 minutes to the hamlet of Albone: we recommend a booking request – in the colder months – to be updated on the viability of the road itself.
