Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Winter experience in search of silence and the scent of snow in a cabin located on a panoramic plateau at 1400 m, admiring the mountains of the Val Grande di Lanzo. Equipped with a private kitchen, toilet and sauna, underfloor heating and an outdoor solarium a few meters away, in the lawn. A paved road that climbs into the woods leads in 10 minutes to the hamlet of Albone: we recommend a booking request – in the colder months – to be updated on the viability of the road itself.

Access to the 3 Vallées ski area via the Orelle "3 Vallées Express" cable car (35/40 min drive) and access to Val d'Isère (in summer) via the Col de l'Iseran.

The bright studio is located in a typical and quiet area of the village of Champagny. Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Swimming pool, relaxation/wellness area, play area 5min walk away. Nordic area and Champagny le Haut toboggan run accessible by free shuttle. Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

Our Residence is located in a natural setting, apartment above the restaurant Le Laurelma (closed in the evening) between France and Italy, with stunning views of Lake Mont Cenis (a little more about this apartment: bedroom with panoramic lake view) With many walks to do nearby, the first small Italian town is about a 30-minute drive away, and the Val-Cenis resort is a 15-minute drive away. The city of Turin is a 1-hour drive away.
