Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Swimming pool, relaxation/wellness area, play area 5min walk away. Nordic area and Champagny le Haut toboggan run accessible by free shuttle. Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

Very nice furnished apartment in Modane.

I offer a very nice refurbished apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the property to reach the various ski resorts near the latter. The apartment is located in the city center of Modane in a very quiet area. It is also located on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. Nearby you have a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a supermarket but also within a 10-15 minute walk, the train station.
