Vacation rentals with a patio in Vaires-sur-Marne

Sonia’s place is in a great location—just a short walk to the RER station, which made it super easy to get back after a late night firework show at Disneyland. It's also easy to reach Paris by RER A line, so getting to the sights is still very convenient. There are also a few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. We did hear some noise from the neighbors upstairs and next door, but it’s pretty common in apartment buildings—if you’re not too sensitive to that, it’s really not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay and Sonia was very responsive and helpful!

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed at Résidence Voltaire for over a month, and our experience was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean. José responded quickly and easily to any requests we had, such as for extra hangers. Gagny is a very quiet, peaceful town, and a large, lovely park just a 15-minute walk away made for a great place to spend time. Shops are a bit further away, so we often used delivery. Getting to central Paris was convenient — about a 15-minute walk to the station and then a direct 30-minute train ride. We had the pleasure of meeting José, Lisette, and their daughter Axelle. We rarely crossed paths, but when we did, it was always nice to say bonjour, adding a bit of a local feel to our stay. I can confidently recommend this residence as a place to stay. Merci!

Hi . Thank you to Rattana for a great hosting . 11-12 minutes drive from parking to parking of Disneyland. 2 minutes walk to shops and bakery 🧁. Was + 35 outside in the flat pretty cool 👌.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds.
