A huge, paradoxically cozy space, ideal for the traveling couple with a single Queen sized bed; it occupies approximately 1600 square feet on the top floor of a former cotton gin warehouse surrounded by a 2-acre Permaculture experiment. Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.

You can find lots of hiking and biking trails in the area. We love furry friends, and would be happy to have your pets here too. There is a fenced in back area for their use. All pets must be leashed if not in the fenced area.
