La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Appartamento fronte mare a Pietra Ligure (bilocale più cucina abitabile) situato al primo piano di una tranquilla palazzina di tre piani: comodo ai servizi, a circa 20 m. dalla spiaggia e 300 m. dal centro storico raggiungibile anche a piedi percorrendo la passeggiata a mare. Semplicemente attraversando la strada di fronte alla casa, è possibile accedere a numerosi stabilimenti balneari e ad aree di spiaggia libera. Senza costi aggiuntivi forniamo biancheria per camera da letto, bagno e cucina.

Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
