nous avons adoré le logement, très propre et fonctionnel. l'emplacement à la fois calme et dans l'hyper centre du village. nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Rachel ainsi que la gratuite du parking dont elle nous a fait bénéficier. de toutes les locations airbnb c'est vraiment un des meilleurs nous recommandons vraiment ce logement car sa situation en plein cœur du centre historique permet vraiment de profiter du village même quand il y a beaucoup de monde. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Rachel qui est une hôte délicieuse . Le logement est rigoureusement conforme aux photos, très grande chambre avec une tres bonne literie une salle de bain vraiment agréable et la petite cour intérieure . nous mettons 10 sur 10 car nous avons vraiment adoré. Le village d'orta est une merveille et j'invite tout le monde à le découvrir et à résider chez Rachel car vous vivrez une expérience inoubliable

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem besonderen Objekt. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf bietet herrliche Ausblicke auf den See mit seinen malerischen Städtchen und den imposanten Bergen. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist frisch und mit Geschmack renoviert, insbesondere die Bäder und die Küche sind toll. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen, dabei ist die Region nicht so überlaufen wie der benachbarte Lago Maggiore. Viele nette Restaurants aller Kategorien lassen sich mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Am See gibt es einige schöne Badestellen. Wir waren zumeist am Lido di Gozzano (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) oder in Orta (10 Minuten). Die Spiaggia Miami ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist wie gesagt neu renoviert. Gerade für eine Familie wären etwas mehr Stauraum und eine Garderobe, in der Küche zusätzliche Schneidemesser und -bretter wünschenswert. Das sind jedoch Details. Insgesamt gibt es viel Platz, die Terrasse mit tollem Blick war definitiv unser Lieblingsort. Im Sommer Mückenspray mitbringen!

Fin dal primo contatto, Matteo si è mostrato estremamente disponibile e attento, aiutandoci con informazioni utili sulle attrazioni nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con bevande fresche in frigo, che piacevole sorpresa! Il cottage è ancora più bello di quanto mostrino le foto: curato, accogliente e immerso nella tranquillità. Silvio’s place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere secluded and with a quiet feel, but also not far from the joys of Lake Orta. Silvio himself was a gentle and helpful soul, and a gracious host in every respect. The house itself is basic but has everything you need. You feel very much in nature staying here. We loved it!

First of all, this location is absolutely outstanding. It is directly on the lake just south of town. The island is front and center and it is so peaceful and quiet. We loved lounging next to the lake in the afternoons, watching the ducks swim and the boats sail by. The “cottage” itself is compact but perfectly comfortable for 2-3 people. It is very bright and airy, although it would have been great to have screens on the sliding glass doors so we could have breezes at night. We had an unusual check in experience, which was mostly our own fault. We followed the check in directions online; we should have read the House Rules before check in! Because we didn’t, we ended up in the wrong house where the keys didn’t work, so we climbed in a window, only to subsequently learn that someone else lived there! So DO read the House Rules before arrival. Our only suggestion…the cottage is not as well stocked as other AirBnB’s where we have stayed. AirBnB should have a minimum level expect

That was a great stay! The location made us feel like we are far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, bowls, complete cutlery and different sizes of mokka machines). Bathrooms are renovated, rooms were spacious with meshs in the windows against insects.. There is also a big garden where our kids could run freely. Anna-Maria is a great host who cares about guests. We only had problems with poor quality of wifi and the cellular network which is not a must have during the holidays but is helpful when you want to plan your stay day after day.
