A cozy and beautiful apartment suitable for a nature lover or business traveler who also wants services nearby. Nice courtyard and cozy terrace. Private electric sauna and a fireplace. The shores of Lake Oulu and the River Oulu and the village center are only about 500 m away. The locality has good hiking, boating and skiing opportunities. Roku National Park is about 20 km away. Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
