Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Large double room 30 mins from Piccadilly Circus

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

This bright and comfortable double bedroom in Staines upon Thames, (suits 1-2 people) is 15 minutes to London Heathrow and 25 minutes to Ascot racecourse. Thorpe Park, Legoland and Windsor are a bus ride from Staines. Train access to London is a 20 minute walk to the station, then a 35-40 minutes on the train, or 5 minute drive to nearest parking for the station. The garden has seating and there are lovely walks along the River Thames to Staines shops and restaurants.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Liverpool Street is under 15 minutes door to door, and with the Night Tube running Fridays and Saturdays, late nights out are never a problem. Breakfast is included in your stay — because a great trip starts with a proper morning.

Kew Garden Cabin

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
