What a wonderful hidden gem, the photos don't do it justice, the bedrooms are massive , beds so comfy and waking up each morning and greeting the friendly cows with their baby calves in the field at the bottom of the garden was an added bonus! Marcus was a great host, very communicative and interactive. We were a family of 6, ( 3 generations) and a dog and plenty of room for us all with 2 bathrooms ( the roll top bath was loved by the girls aged 6 and 8) The girls enjoyed the summerhouse and the garden was fully enclosed for the dog. Recommend a walk round the Reservoir, the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway ( both within 2 miles of the house) and a day at Mablethorpe, half an hour away (a lovely clean beach and seafront and a big car park at The Beck pub on the seafront where you can park for £5 a day and its literally across the road from the beach)

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs and were made to feel very welcome, the cottage was perfect and homely for us all. had great dog walk and dinner at the New Inn all easily walkable from the cottage.

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. It was in the perfect place for getting around Louth, but just outside the centre. The host was also very responsive and helpful when we had a small issue. All in all, it is highly recommended!
