Place is well located, well equipped and amazing with great hosts! I could find parking place in front of the house every day and that's free of charge. Sjoerd & Verena was very friendly and nice hosts!

Erg rustig en een fijn appartement om te verblijven. Heeft veel fijne voorzieningen en het balkon is heeerlijk in de voorzomer.

It was a great stay. Elwin & Inge really made us feel at home by providing all the essentials we needed for our trip. They were super responsive with all my questions and messages and they were even flexible with check-in. It was definitely a rare-find and would absolutely consider staying there again in the future. It was also really well-connected with different bus lines and walking distance from a mall that included all the essential shops that you would need for a short stay. I’m really happy I picked to stay with them :)

We had a great stay at Teresa’s lovely home! It was great to have space to spread out and we loved the apartment balcony for our breakfasts, the deep soaking tub, and having access the washer/dryer. Grocery store right across the street. 8 minute walk to train into Amsterdam through a lovely quiet neighborhood. Teresa was proactive about communication and very kind and welcoming.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende bei Marilin verlebt und uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Salty ist eine der liebsten und verschmustesten Katzen, die ich kenne und völlig unproblematisch. Und auch Marilin ist ein super offener und freundlicher Mensch. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist mit dem Bus das Zentrum von Utrecht sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben ein rundum schönes Wochenende in Marilins Unterkunft verleben dürfen!

One problem, it's quite dark. The lamps are all dim, and there's only one spot you can read a book, and I had to be careful of not banging the living room ceiling lamp with my head. The kitchen is poorly lit too. But everything else is great.

Der Aufenthalt bei Janine war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber gehalten. Janine selbst ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die leicht zu erreichen und stets hilfreich war. Sie Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.

A great place with a wonderful view, located in a very pleasant area. I definitely recommend it!

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

Overall a really good stay - view from the window is fantastic, couch and bed super comfortable and within walking distance of everything you might need to access (it was about a 20 minute walk to centre and to a street full of restaurants for everyones interest.

Appartement lumineux et bien situé au 9eme et dernier étage avec vue sur la sur l’ensemble de l’environnement d’Amersfoort. Appartement propre, bien distribué et équipé. Les instructions laissées par Jan sont claire. Compter 20 minutes à pied du vente d’Amersfoort, ou bien prendre le bus à deux pas de la location en prenant vos billets sur l’appli 92/92.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unser kleiner Sohn hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt, was uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Tot snel! Liebe Grüße Lena, Henry und Jean

we really enjoyed our stay and time in the Netherlands. thanks to mionne we had a very beautiful place to stay at too (even though the typical dutch stairs were a challenge 😅). the apartment looks exactly how it is described. clean and cozy just like home 💖

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Clean and walking distance to center. Good communication and provides bikes. Everything works fine, recommend!

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

Thank you so much Anja for our stay and your warm welcome ! We really enjoyed it, typical dutch borderij, with donkeys and other farm animals. Our boy loved it and so did we ! We will come back for sure !

Accueil chaleureux. Appartement calme, lumineux, tranquille, super propre et confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée, à proximité du centre historique, restaurants, supermarchés, de la gare et de tous les services. Excellente communication. Parmi une de nos bonnes expériences.
