Close to the city center of Utrecht, this beautiful and spacious accommodation is located on our meadow, surrounded by our grazing sheep. The location of the chalet gives you a lot of privacy, and from the living room and bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the meadow and orchard. In February and March, the lambs are born inside the barn. Of course, they can be admired, and in nice weather, they will be outside during the day. Bike rental on location possible. Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.
