Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)

The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street.
