For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Denna rymliga 3-plansvilla erbjuder 5 sovrum, 12 sovplatser, 2 st kök och 3 badrum (varav 1 med bastu). När man inte hänger inne så finns en stor gård på 800 kvm att umgås på. Barn bor i huset, så gården är bra anpassad med studsmatta och annat roligt. Reser man utan barn, så kan man hänga på de två nybyggda altanerna eller i jacuzzin. Perfekt för en weekend eller under Gothia!

Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.
