Over 80 years old cottage after a general renovation, it turned into a small, cozy cottage. A work of my husband's hands. 2 rooms (living room and mezzanine with access to the terrace), a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an original stone shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace. Entirely fenced.

A house on the edge of the forest, where you can feel the closeness of nature at every step. Nearby, you can find traces of bison, and if you go a little further into the forest, a trained eye can find traces of bears or wolves. Walking through the garden, we find the ruins of an Orthodox chapel from the 19th century, and behind it a blue trail. If we direct our steps in the opposite direction, we can go for a walk towards Solina - for refreshing baths in summer and refreshing ice swimming in winter.

Welcome to our holiday cottage by Lake Solina. It is a picturesque place for individual and family relaxation. It is a perfect place for water sports, hiking, cycling and fishing. Lots of greenery and tranquility. The house is on a plot directly adjacent to the lake, about 30 meters. Guests can also use the barbecue, the jetty and the rowing boat. From May 1 to September 30, the house is rented for at least 6 days. The property is monitored from the outside.

The house is located on a hill in Jałowe near Ustrzyki Dolne and is designed for 4-6 people. Downstairs, there is a hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, spacious air-conditioned living room with fireplace and exit to 50 sq meters terrace, and kitchen. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the attic. Guests have access to a fire pit with benches, a garden tub with hot or cold water and a 30-acre fenced plot.

The cottages are under the forest, off the beaten path, and yet you can reach the nearest store in 10 minutes. 5 minutes by car to the ski slopes, 15 minutes by car to Lake Solinski. There are many hiking and biking trails in the area. In addition, we offer a year-round outdoor hot tub for guests.
