Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

So you will live like me :-), it is not a "business apartment" but it comes with life charm and is very well furnished. I don't think you'll be missing anything, but please ask if you do. Walking: 20 min to the beautiful Greifensee for walks, along the house leads into nature, 15 m to the train station and 20 min (train) to Zurich.
