Gemütliches, helles Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Bauernhauses in Dübendorf. Auf 45 m² findest du ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küchenzeile und einen Essbereich. Die Dusche befindet sich im benachbarten Raum, der auch Waschmaschine und Trockner beherbergt – diese werden gemeinsam mit den Nachbarn genutzt. Die Dusche ist jedoch exklusiv und privat für euch. Kostenloses WLAN, Parkplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bitte beachte, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig sein kann.

The guest room has separate access to the spacious terrace with lounge and sun lounger (photos in unfurnished condition). The bright and spacious living room with a huge sofa invites you to linger with the house cat in bad weather;-) The location is well connected with public transport (15 min. with a direct bus to the city) and also has its own parking space.

Stylish family home in prime Zurich suburb

While we are abroad we let our beautiful family home (130 m2, 4 bed/ 2 bath). It has all amenities for family living. The 60 m2 south facing terrace maximizes all-day sunshine and offers a partial lake view. The bright and spacious flat is a short (and flat) walk to town or the lake and a fast (10 min) train into Zurich. Kusnacht, a prime suburb of Zurich, is perfect area for families for access to nature and to the city.

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Close to nature and the city center

Enjoy stylish living in this beautiful apartment, located in Witikon, the “greenest” district in the city of Zurich. Nature at the doorstep yet only a 20 minutes bus ride from the city center. The bus stop is in immediate vicinity, supermarkets, post office etc. a short distance away in Witikon Center. This apartment offers a comfortable home away from home.
