You'll feel at home in our stylish family accommodation. You have a terrace, a fireplace and a nice view of the garden. The house is located by the river and right on the bike path. It's no problem to store your bikes here. Parking is free and is 50 meters from the house. There are two private apartments in the house. One is yours (it is on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other for other guests (on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance). Each has a separate terrace and the garden is shared. The owner's house is in the neighborhood.

Vila Louka

It is a cultural monument from the end of the 18th century. We most often rent the villa for weddings, events, teambuilding or other celebrations. The accommodation capacity is for about 50 people in seven bedrooms, on mattresses or sofa beds in the attic. The villa has a stylish lounge and a beautiful bar with a jukebox, fireplace and piano. There is also a beautiful historic ballroom connected to an outdoor spacious terrace. We have a beautiful swimming pond with a pier, which serves as one of several ceremonial places on the property.

They are located in the picturesque Bohemian Central Mountains, near the Pravcicka Gate, Print Rocks and other beauties. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature, find peace and tranquility. Look at the sheep grazing in the area . Your stay helps us bring back the life of the romantic ruins of the Hidden House.

Unique house with garden and modern amenities

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

The apartment is private, in a renovated old house in the center of Úštěk. It has a beautiful garden with organically grown flowers and aromatic plants. It also has an extensive library with books in Spanish, Czech and English. During your stay, you can enjoy the sunny garden with the singing of birds who visit us, prepare dishes with fresh herbs or refresh yourself with mint, lemon balm or, depending on the season, garden fruits. My dear cats usually play and spend the day in the garden.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Přijeďte se nadechnout přírody, proběhnout se v ranní rose a večer si užít nekonečnou romantiku pod hvězdami i dlouhé rozjímání u ohně. Přes den se můžete toulat po okolních stezkách mezi rybníky nebo vyrazit na výlet vlakem. Na samé hranici CHKO Kokořínsko a nedaleko CHKO České Středohoří budete mít spoustu turistických cílů co by kamenem dohodil.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Pepíček and Hanička apartment is an ideal choice for 2 to 3 people. The interior is as well equipped as in the previous two apartments and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a dining area and one bedroom with a double bed and an above-ground single bed.
