Everything was great, we were very satisfied with the apartment but also with the communication.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

Renata and Roberto's apartment is very beautiful, close to the sea and very well equipped. The place is very quiet and the garden as well as the exteriors are very nice. Renata and Roberto are very welcoming and available. We had a lovely stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

We felt comfortable and well cared for from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and insanely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend having a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

This is a great place to stay, we had a car rented for our stay, I wouldn’t recommend booking this place without a car, if you do have one, you will have a great time, the pool was lovely, a little quiet beach literally yards away, surrounded by other little beautiful beaches, and also has two other larger beaches on either side. 10 minutes drive from a lovely little town Teullada with nice cafes and places to eat. Federico’s place itself was lovely, a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful landscape, the sea and coasts surrounding. A conveniently equipped kitchen, coffee for us in the mornings, tv’s with access to apps, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. If i had the power of hindsight i would have chosen this place again. Federico as a host was excellent and made sure we had all the information we needed, his response time was almost immediate to any questions we had. He also provided info on local events, a latin festival with food, drinks, and entertainment. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

Myself and my partner were very pleased with our stay! Vanda and Ksenia were great with communication from start to finish. The place was exactly what we needed and matched the description/photos exactly. It was in a great location close enough walk to the town for food and drinks etc, but quiet enough in the evenings to wind down. Loved it and would highly recommend! Thanks

a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

Had a lovely stay at Paola place, it's small but perfect for 2 people, the balcony is massive 😊 About 20 min walk to the beach with lovely beach bars. Around 30-40 mins on bus to cagliari. Lovely bar across road from apartment, perfect for some chilled drinks. Paola was very helpful, quick to respond, ordered us a taxi and let us check in early. great stay, would recommend. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Our stay was really wonderful. Check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if anything was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on things to do in the area. We would come back any time and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
