The unit was very good. Located near everything. There are missing details in the bathrooms, little support surface. The kitchen is a little lacking in utensils. Example...there is no corkscrew. We rented it for the washer and it doesn't have one. Excellent host service and very smooth communication. A very good trip and accommodation.

Great location steps away from all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and also from the shoreline for morning or sunset walks! The building is brand new, looks great and has a cool gym. Being in the town center, the units facing the street can be a little bit noisy (fairly expected) and bring your own body wash and shampoo but otherwise highly recommend!

The accommodation matches the photos and is close to the city, so it's nice. I had a comfortable stay.

Great apartment very close to the main street where you can find everything. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The view is incredible. We really loved the outlook over the bay. It is just perfect for a couple.

Five star stay. We spent 8 nights here and were sad to leave. The hosts were wonderful, communication was easy and clear. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Even better than the photos. The huge windows overlooking the water bring in so much bright light. The apartment is wonderfully appointed with a lot of space and places to unwind. Comfy furniture, spacious bathrooms, huge closets, great kitchen space. Location cannot be beat, everything you need is a short walk away. This place is perfection.

The accommodation was just as the reviews said, the heating throughout the environment was ideal for the autumn temperatures; during my stay Betty was in charge of taking care of me, she was very kind during the days I was there. As hosts, I would definitely recommend this place.

Franco is a great and awesome guy. Made me feel at home, I spent five weeks in the house and every single day was great, the dogs were very friendly and happy. Franco was very helpful in all matters and when the problem arose, the solution was found immediately. The house has more than you need and all the necessary shops and other things are nearby. The neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly. If you're planning a trip to Ushuaia, I highly recommend Franco and his house!!

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!
