The house is 1.6 km from the Baltic Sea, which can be reached through the forest. The property consists of two separate apartments, but is rented as a whole. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking lot for 3 cars. The area is fenced and locked.

The oiled planks, with which part of the walls are also covered, have a beautiful patina and the antique tiled stoves as well as interesting furnishings recall the time when the sailor of the village felt comfortable here. In the sauna in the shepherd's carriage, you can enjoy the silence of the garden and the sound of 80-year-old Douglas fir trees.

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

Active vacation at Lake Ucker

Active recreational vacation on, in, on or around the Ucker Lakes. By bike, pedal boat, canoe, sailboat, surfboard or passenger ship. From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
