Sea Ranch

The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. The nearest beach is less than 2 km from the property (Świętouść), and a wild beach is located in the Wolin National Park. Provided: - free parking - free Wi-Fi

Goat barn with bunk bed

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Welcome to Das Kulm! Exclusive hangout and hideaway on the legendary Heringsdorf Kulm hill. The spectacular designer house, which was only completed in 2020, mixes contemporary design with historical elements from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is part of a historic villa ensemble from the penultimate century and offers a breathtaking, almost endless sea view. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach - and to the historic center of Heringsdorf.

Time for a break - tranquility in nature (Wh blue)

In my guest house, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a time-out. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without having to sacrifice the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guest house consists of 2 residential units that are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

The apartment in the separate garden house is 44 square meters in size and features large sliding glass doors that lead onto the sun terrace. It can accommodate 2 people. The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cozy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation rental "MeerTied" - Arrive and relax

The apartment "MeerTied" is located in an annex on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or head to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

Half-timbered loft on the Bodden with garden and pond

This former workshop now serves as a modern half-timbered loft with 75 square meters. The completely glazed half-timbered front overlooks the garden with pond. The open design offers a view outside from every corner of the house. In the house is a sauna, shower, bathtub and a shower toilet. In the garden you can barbecue under the canopy, we have a gas grill for you. Wi-Fi with approx. 25 Mbit/s
