Vacation rentals with beach access in Usedom

We had a great week in the apartment! Especially with our 16 months old daughter, that was optimal. High chair, cot, toys and washing machine are a big plus. The balcony with beach chair is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and really everything is there if you want to feed and cook for yourself. The way to the beach is not far, we have always used the available bike for a shopping tour. Nadine was super helpful and quick to respond. We were kindly able to get into the apartment a little earlier and did not have to bridge the time after arrival. We will be happy to come back! Anja, Jean-Michel and Mina

It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquility!

The location of the apartment is unique. The beach access is right outside the front door and you can still see the sea from the bed in the bedroom. Everything is very well thought out, from the underground parking lot right next to the elevator to all the equipment in the apartment. At the end of May, Dziwnów was still relatively quiete regarding tourists and open restaurants. However, that was exactly what we were looking for. There were still enough restaurants open, you could take a relaxed walk along the beach and the best view while eating is from the terrace of the apartment anyway.

Apartment was very inviting, bright and friendly and clean. Location was great, close to the pedestrian area and the beach. Would love to go back anytime. Thank you so much.

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The spa area was especially great, which made our stay even more relaxing. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, quick dinner or even for the fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding area, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended! We were very pleased to spend our vacation with you and wish you all the best for the future, thank you very much.

We arrived as four people and with a dog, it was not an issue. The house was perfect, sparkling clean, the kitchen well equipped, very nice quiet location, the garden perfect also for the dog. The sauna and hot tube were a highlight. Also, the free use of the gas grill and the free use of the paddle boat. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We had a wonderful time as a small family, close to the supermarket, close to the beach, very cozy and quiet location - we will be happy to come back!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Super cute tiny house. A wonderful view of the countryside from the bed. 2 min to the shore of the lake. Anna was super friendly. Everything is very straightforward. The breakfast was super delicious and very lovingly arranged. The walk around the lake is also great. Nice for a few days in nature and with a lot of peace. 🤗

I stayed in the beautiful house with my two kids for ten days. We felt right at home. Everything was fine and as described. Communication was also easy and my questions were answered quickly. Would come back any time. Thank you once again!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

This Airbnb is an absolute dream! We were there with 9 people and felt completely comfortable. There was really nothing missing: plenty of glasses and nice dishes, lovingly furnished bedrooms with very comfortable beds – everything was spotlessly clean and like new. Special highlights were the sauna, the spacious living and dining area as well as the beautiful courtyard, which is perfect for barbecuing. The house is ideal for a stay with friends or family. Questions were answered very quickly and in general the communication was flawless. A big recommendation – especially at this fair price! We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

We stayed for 3 nights in the pilot house in Barhöft and had a very good time. The place was also large enough for 6 adults with multiple bedrooms. The amenities were good and the premises charming and cozy (but not luxurious). All this at a very fair price. In addition, Michaela was a super helpful hostess. Everything important was communicated with us in good time. The fact that we still had problems on arrival was due to our own carelessness after a long and late arrival. Michaela still responded calmly and kindly when we called her late at night. Thanks again for that and for the opportunity to depart spontaneously a little later! We will be happy to come back and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! Everything was super clean and decorated with a lot of love – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is quiet and relaxed, yet restaurants, cafes and shopping are within easy walking distance. Particularly nice: the sound of the sea, which can be heard from the window or the terrace – simply wonderful! This place is also ideal for animal lovers, our dog was just as welcome as we were.
