We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

The proximity to the ocean beach and the Huchet current accessible by bicycles made available by the host is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back.

A small house, cozy, with great outdoor area and close to the beach. Perfect for us to surf… Shops and restaurants are easily accessible by bike or car… We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet which makes it easy for everyone to be independent during the stay. The amenities are of quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

Great house in a great location

Beautiful house, spacious, 4 beautiful spacious bedrooms including 2 with toilet and bathtubs. Large very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, from the cleaning to the linens... etc. Very nice garden, with pool (not usable when we were there). We couldn't see Marta in person. but always available and adorable on the phone. On the other hand, the address is complicated to find, or even false (to review the address on the RBNB site) and the longitude/latitude are not enough. Locate beforehand on GPS before arriving. I highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

The communication with Marta was excellent and very friendly. The house en evironment were even better then in the pictures. We had a wonderful time.

Great accommodation. Beautiful spaces for everyone to have their own space. Small personal garden at the top, perfect on-site equipment (2 types of coffee machine, lots of dishes, washing machine, basic products to have time to shop: sponges, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 box of coffee capsules, tea bags, cupcakes...) we plan to return soon with family/friends

We have just arrived home after the most amazing two weeks in Samuel’s beautiful villa. Thank you so much Samuel, you are the perfect host! Samuel helped organise a cake for my daughter’s 21st and even brought round a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. Such a thoughtful host, which is reflected in the high standard of the accommodation.Everything required for a comfortable holiday has been provided, down to wine in the fridge, and a great coffee selection for the machine. We loved the local bakery for our morning croissants, the local restaurants, which were plentiful and the Atlantic Ocean and amazing beaches, all on the door step. We loved the pool and the BBQ, perfect for relaxing days in the villa. There are so many lovely coastal towns and villages to visit, we simply couldn’t visit them all. Bayonne, Biarritz and the Pyrenees are amazing. Such a wonderful holiday! We can’t wait to return.
