We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Great place, functional and very clean. We were in a quiet area and close to all amenities. Very nice accommodation for a short vacation to wander between the ocean and the small villages around. I recommend it!

The house is very nice, quiet, well located in Ciboure, no difficulties to park the car; Beaches and port nearby (a small hill to climb to get to the accommodation but not insurmountable on foot). Don't hesitate Thierry and Jocelyne

More pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. Dominique is a very welcoming and very responsive host, an experience to be repeated without hesitation.

We were met with very friendly and welcoming hosts, Felipe and Elena. We immediately felt at home in their beautiful spacious house, garden and terrace. It's situated close to everything, the beach, the town, restaurants etc. it's all in walking distance, which was great for us and our 2 dogs . Also it's only a short drive (or take a train) over to Spain . There is so much to do. Staying in was also a treat with the terrace with bay views watching sunsets and the secluded private garden with BBQ and lovely garden lights or just simply lazing about sunbathing on the sun loungers. Our stay was a complete joy from start to finish , no complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much Felipe and Elena for your kindness and for our stay in your wonderful house. Excellent place if you want to enjoy the Basque Country. Very nice, functional and tastefully decorated small house. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. Pierre was available, gave very good tips and was very friendly. We recommend it 200% and will be happy to go back.

One can see the love and energy that was put into the house and we appreciated your warm welcome and fell ourselves immediately at home once we arrived. We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

Frédéric's villa is a dream! The garden is paradisiacal and the location is perfect for relaxing. The house is huge and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Frédèric is a great host who not only gives great excursion tips, but welcomes his guests with all the nice gestures (welcome baskets with jam, coffee, cake, etc.). Thank you for this little paradise!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We were very warmly welcomed by Bruno and Karin. Karin was able to give us some good excursion tips. In the house there is everything, even two older bicycles for small excursions. The pool was very nice and also warm. The whole house is very nice and friendly. We were 2 families and felt very comfortable there. A good starting point for a beach and surfer vacation. But it's also not that far to San Sebastian or Bayonne.

Everything about this place was what we expected and wanted and suited us for our holiday perfectly, would book again!

Listing is very nice, as described. It is very well equipped with quality amenities. Sharon is a very responsive host and Matteo is also available on site. The house is located on a plot with other cottages but each has its own privacy. We will be back!

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

We had the best time, we didn't want to leave Casa Rural Kostoenea. Nadia was a fantastic host, so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help with anything we needed. The setting was absolutely stunning, beautiful views over the sea and right beside many beautiful walking trails. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from town, and a perfect base for day trips to nearby San Sebastian, Pasai Donibane, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby. Highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The place is very nice, close to everything but with the charm of the vegetation and the calm of a golf course. We were with 3 children and our 2 dogs, the park is fully fenced which allows you to leave quietly! We'll definitely come back.

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

We had a great weekend. The house was very clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated with beautiful sea views on the first floor. The house was also conveniently located with everything nearby without having to take the car. The courtyard is nice because it's not overlooked. Manuella's welcome was also at the top, very responsive and she also gave good recommendations, the Kavea restaurant is great because of its kitchen and its location with a beautiful view and a peaceful outdoor space where children can play safely as there are no cars. Anyway, we recommend it!

Our memorable visit to Saint Jean de Luz was made even better by being at the villa les roses. Everything in the town and along the beaches was within easy walking distance and the parking, which has EV charging, was a great addition. The host did everything possible to make our stay easy and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
