Cottage vacation rentals in Urizar

Beautiful house surrounded by pastures ideal to disconnect and enjoy a few days of rest. The host was always looking out for us. The house is very well equipped. I recommend it above all for summer by the pool, the bbq and the size of the plot.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. One of my best experiences ever . Irati was absolutely superb from start to finish an excellent communicator and nothing was too much bother . The cottage was delight ful and the scenery was amazing . She even organised our taxi in and out of the city not to mention booking our tables at the restaurants we ate in . Out of 10 I would give her 11

We had a great time at Ana's place, the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy.

We are very happy to have spent these days there. It was very relaxing, beautiful place. The welcome was really warm. The house is as described and very convenient. We are really happy. Small bonus for sharing with these two dogs and these 4 ducks. 😍

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! Myself and my extended family (including a toddler and a baby) stayed in Lucía's place for 5 nights. We loved it. Very spacious home with a nice private outdoor area. Also a covered outdoor dining area. The house was a very close walk to Mioño and about a 30 minute walk to Castro urdiales. There was plenty of parking outside the house. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax with your family that feels rural but is still close to amenities. We loved our stay

The accommodation was in a nice area, with a great view of Santander and the bay, and very quiet. The location is very good to visit Cantabria, we went with a dog and a baby and it was very comfortable to move and visit things. On the other hand, Dany and she is very friendly and pleasant and was always attentive to if we needed anything, being very fluid communication.

The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including a welcome gift that we greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with a magnificent garden to enjoy together. We loved the village. 100% recommended!!

The house was spotless, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The setting is beautiful, there is a lot of peace and quiet, and it has spectacular views. Laura, the host, was attentive to whether we needed anything, and left us some sobaos and quesada as a welcome. We went with family and friends to spend the weekend and we wanted to spend more days there. In short, we felt right at home.

This house was absolutely breathtaking. Although it is not in a main city it is definitely close by and worth a stay. This place overlooks a beautiful vineyard and makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. The outdoor entertainment was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue that allows for wonderful nights enjoying your time. The views are incredible, the town is peaceful. Hosts were extremely kind, helpful and gave great recommendations.

A wonderful accommodation in a beautiful area. Very much enjoyed the tranquility, the cottage and the area. Upon arrival, the fireplace was already on and there was a delicious homemade cake ready and fresh eggs. Communicated well with the host using Google Translate.

We were 4 families (4 couples with 4 babies) and we were very comfortable!☺️ The accommodation is in a very quiet area It has two wonderful terraces and a spacious garden. The BBQ in good weather is a joy since outside there are several tables with enough chairs to enjoy that moment all together! All the rooms are spacious and have enough space to move around without problems, and the beds are very comfortable too! The layout and signage they have used inside the accommodation is very comfortable and clear, which makes Jaime's directions easy and comfortable to understand☺️ Jaime has responded quickly to any questions we may have had. From the first moment, Adela's service was very good, very communicative and she answered my questions. The accommodation is great, everything is very clean, tidy, it has everything you need (and more!) to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The fireplace is a plus at this time of year (December). The common area is spacious, two open kitchen and living room rooms, very comfortable when it comes to being in the accommodation. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, everything was clean and in order. The bathroom is somewhat narrow (it depends on each person's taste), although the shower is wonderful. The window didn't open and it was the only drawback I found. Everything else was magnificent. The village is quiet, in a beautiful valley, with possibilities for sports around and tourism (Bilbao 30min, Vitoria 40min...) I would recommend this accommodation because I was very satisfied and because I would repeat if the opportunity arose. Thanks Adela, especially for accepting Baio and Lea ❤️

Our stay has been amazing. The place is great, in the middle of nature, an ideal and peaceful place to relax. A beautiful garden and a very chulo apartment. In addition, it is 10 minutes away from the beach. And what about Itziar, it's a charm, attentive to everything you ask for and even what you might need. This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house itself is incredible and the surrounding property that it sits on is gorgeous. Everything, and more, that you might need is provided, from washing detergent to olive oil. We stayed here for 8 nights with 3 kids, explored the area, and had a marvelous time. Jose waited for us upon our arrival and showed us around. Such a nice gentleman! Communication with him prior to our arrival and all throughout our stay was flawless. He gave us great suggestions and was always available to answer questions. I cannot recommend this house enough, our time here was an absolute dream. Thank you Jose!
