Casa de Bermeja is a fully modernized, detached Villa that offers space for 8 people. The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (with their own air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, large bright living room with spectacular sea views, an open kitchen that is fully equipped and looks up to the impressive Sierra Bermeja, a private swimming pool of 7.5 meters long, various (roof) terraces, parking within the site and of course wifi. The house faces South and offers a lot of privacy.

A bright dining area is featured, consisting of a round white table surrounded by four light wooden chairs. Large glass doors open up to reveal a panoramic view of the sea, with soft waves visible in the distance. Natural light fills the space.

This apartment is in the centre of Estepona with various restaurants, shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. For a snack/drink you only to take the elevator down. There is a parking garage (paid) right in front (under the street) and lots of parking in the streets around. The perfect place with all amenities within walking distance.

Bright Property Lovely apartment on the beach w/sea views

This lovely ground floor apartment is a lovely quiet private community with a very large pool and garden. It is on the beach side with direct access from the garden to the beach and pool. It also has direct access to the garden and a terrace which is fully furnished with sun awnings, sun beds, dining table and comfy sofas and and sun awnings for shade in hot days. It can sleep 4 adults (+ one child as it has a sofa bed.)

My Girlfriend and I stayed at Angel Apartment in Estepona and had a wonderful experience! The Apartment perfectly matched it's description online, was wonderfully clean, in a brilliant location and with fabulous views. Angel was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful and responsive when required. I highly recommend anyone to reserve Angel Apartment.

Our family of four had a lovely time in Estepona staying at Karin's apartment, which is situated in a beautiful, private complex. The trees, plants and flowers were gorgeous. We were very comfortable and the view of the sea was phenomenal. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and all the gear we needed. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and just a few hundred meters from the marina. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Estepona.

The apartment is extremely nicely located and can be reached through a private entrance. In addition to a really fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, large bed and extra bedding, the apartment also contains a living room compartment with TV and a beautiful spacious terrace which is also fully equipped (dining table, chairs, 2 deck chairs, an awning). In addition, Charlotte even provides dish soap, soap, garbage bags, dishcloths, dishcloths, and so much more, gives her guests a relaxing vacation. A washing machine along with detergent and fabric softener is also available and you can dry the laundry on a clothes rack. Such comfort is worth gold on a summer vacation. Many parking spaces can be found nearby. All in all, the apartment is 100% recommended. It has everything you need and use in your own home. Charlotte responded to us at all times and we had a very nice time

Peaceful family villa near Marbella

We absolutely adored our stay at Rudolph’s fabulous house. Nestled away in the mountains in peace and tranquility was totally divine. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The living spaces are very chic and comfortable and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. Views from the swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a James Bond hideaway. Rudolph was reachable on the phone all the time and provided some great recommendations on restaurants. It’s probably about a 7 minute drive down in to Estepona but up a very quiet road, with some stunning views out over the sea. I wouldn’t hesitate the visit again next time we’re in the area. If you get chance to stay at this wonderful place then just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Rudolph

💫5 star experience💫 We really enjoyed our family holiday at Nicolas place. The appartment is placed in super calm resort, just two doors by the pool and few steps from the beach. Kids were super happy! The flat is very spacious and well equipped inclusing all beach stuff you (or your kids) can even imagine. Nicolas is a great host, extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

A beautiful villa in a peaceful part of Estepona. Thank you so much for a wonderful week together with our family. We were met by a friendly and welcoming keyholder and the information received before and upon arrival was excellent! We all enjoyed the garden, the pool, the walking distance to the beach and to the historic centre. A villa with a guitar and a trampoline was an extra surprise for us. Highly recommended!
