Vacation rentals with beach access in Urb Plenomar

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

From the first moment, communication with Leidy and Mrs. Esther was very good, they were always very attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was spectacular and had a magnificent view, almost dreamlike. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and on the first floor of the building there was a store, which made our life easier because we were traveling with a baby. We would definitely come back

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

It's an excellent place!!! We had an amazing time at the accommodation, plus all the extra things are a huge plus. I 100% recommend staying at Victor's place. We should mention his kindness and promptness to respond immediately to any concerns that we had. Thank you very much for everythingooo!

Our stay was wonderful. Laura is an exceptional host: very friendly, helpful and always ready to help you with whatever you need. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms are very comfortable. Everything is in perfect condition. The residential complex offers several recreational spaces to enjoy, everything is impeccably clean, well organized and with excellent security. In addition, all the people we met were very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Adriana is very friendly, the apartment is spectacular! It has an incredible view, the space is comfortable, it is nice, the Gaticos are beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast is very rich.

My family and I stayed 4 nights. Luis Fernando was very friendly and helpful in suggestions on restaurants, activities and even transportation. He responded in timely manner every time I had questions! Beautiful clean property just like pictures!! Check in and check out was very easy!! Property is located within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife but if you want to just relax, it is also very peaceful property.

Congratulations, you have a very nice place to stay. The house is very safe, it is 3 blocks from a beautiful area of Santa Marta, where the best restaurants are. The person in charge is very helpful and always helped us very quickly... It is also a cozy space, with beautiful details in the stay, the television with Netflix and YouTube are a gigantic plus that is appreciated after a day of sightseeing... Thank you so much and we look forward to returning to the Cayena house.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend this place, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this place again when I return to Santa Marta.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

an amazing place for a few days of rest.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect, a place to rest, I traveled with a 6-month-old baby and it worked very well. The apartment is very comfortable.

The accommodation complies with everything you need to have a good stay, the place has very nice and private areas such as pools, beach, access to meals and lunches. César gave us very good instructions we had good communication, I recommend this place if you want to spend a quiet vacation with easy access to everything you need.

It's a really good location to watch the sunset. It was also nice to be able to use the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful when using it. It shrinks a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

The support was very good. The manager helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (it does not depend on the apartment) since at the reception the people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and Tayrona Park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the tips, they were very helpful. We'll definitely return to the Colombian Caribbean.

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.
